We had a very delicate situation with estate and he handled everything and was always available to us. He is very professional and was very knowledgable and negotiated the best price for our home and we are thrilled! Not only did I use Carl to help us find our dream house, I have referred a few people to him as well, including this couple that just purchased.

I knew he would be able to offer them the help they needed. I'll always recommend him without reservation - He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so much fun to work with (except for that whole Bronco fan thing.....??). If anyone is looking for a realtor, I give my highest recommendation to Carl Ballard and his team. They took the extra time with us, listened to what we really wanted and needed, educated us about things that would impact our decision, and helped us find the home of our dreams! It's worth it's weight in gold when you find someone who is so good at what they do, honest as the day is long, focused on their customer, and fun to work with!!

"Carl Ballard was our Real Estate agent when we sold our home and when we bought our new one. He was amazing throughout the entire process! A problem came up during one of the closings and we thought we were going to have to push the closing to another day but Carl stepped in and made one phone call and the problem was fixed. It was so unbelievable! The knowledge that he had helped us throughout the buying and selling process. He knew exactly what to ask. I would have never thought to ask some of the questions that he asked to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. He was a master negotiator! He negotiated a brand new A/C for us, a brand new refrigerator and saved us $30,000.00 dollars. It was so great to work with him and I will be recommending Carl Ballard to everyone I know!!!"

"Carl helped us with the sale of a house in Roxborough, CO and then a purchase in Highlands Ranch, CO. He is professional, knowledgeable, likeable, and very helpful. We had repairs and redecorating to do and he had referrals for us to talk with if we wanted to use. His wife, Amy, helped in our search for the pruchase and covered on occasions when Carl was unavailable.
